4th offense: Warning, editing the post
5th offense: Ban for 2 days, editing the post
6th offense: Ban for 5 days, editing the post
7th offense: Ban for 1 week, editing the post
8th offense: Ban for 10 days, editing the post
9th offense: Ban for 2 weeks, editing the post
10th offense: Ban for 1 month, editing the post.

Look good to you guys? Is it too lenient, harsh, or ok?

editing the real name word. for example "See Jane run" would be "See ___ run" ( ___ = whatever nickname is)
