America's Christian Army Clan Section
This thread is for the use of America's Christian Army and those who are interested in being recruited. Criteria for being in this clan:
1. Above all, you must be a Christian!!!!!!
2. Have Ventrilo (optional)
3. Have graduated from Basic Training (BCT and AIT)
4. Have a mic (This is a must and is a priority just under being a Christian, especially if you want to be an SDM)
Positions available (For members and those who wish to be recruited):
Grenadier (I think AgentE382 will want this so don't hold your breath for this one yet)
Automatic Rifleman
Advanced Rifleman (Must have the M4 Carbine unlocked)
If no one minds I am Squad Designated Marksman
Master Trainer (Right now, I am the Master Trainer, but AgentE382 may want to take that role.)
Also, if you unlock the specialties for the M249 SAW, Grenadier, and M16DMR that is good. Since I am hoping to have a lot of people in this clan, sharing of positions will be necessary. However, that is not going to happen at this point but having those trainings done will increase your chances at getting a position. Whoever has the most Honor will be the Master Trainer.
Current Members:
AgentE382 aka -(ACA)-M_Simpkins
SniperInYourMidst aka -(ACA)-AceSniper95
HawkBlade aka -(ACA)-Thrysta
AgentE383 is no longer an active solider, but you welcome to participate in discussion as a Clan Member, buddy
There you have it. I am Clan Master and AgentE382 is Second in Command. Any questions and recruits are always welcome! Also, only Clan Members can add topics in here, but everyone is free to post.

RE: America's Christian Army
Wow, then it should be so simple. Oh well, we all have our weak points. That one got me too, until I got to do it on AgentE382s Dad's comp. It didn't lag at all even with the hi res settings. What you have to do is this:
1. When you hear the tower call "Shooter ready, standby." Get into sight. I usually shoot the silhouettes left to right so put your sight on the silhouette you plan to shoot first and always return to that silhouette after you have completed a pair.
2. When the tower says "Red, Yellow." or something like that, hold your breath and get the dot on the right shape or color. Take two shots on each one and only two shots. If you get it right where it needs to be (which actually isn't that hard) both shots will make it on each target. Let go of your breath to recharge it.
3. Repeat until all the targets are done. I qualified expert even with two or three targets missed.
Hope this helps.

RE: America's Christian Army
Ok, that is Automatic Rifleman. Technically it should be called Squad Automatic Rifleman, but they don't. That one is tricky, but even with my laggy comp, I managed to get the Proficient rating.
Tips on beating that training (I give credit to AgentE382):
1. Always hold your breath while firing!
2. When taking out multiple targets, spray the targets from either the left or right, whichever is easier for you, then always do it that way.
3. Never use sustained fire while using any automatic. Single targets are best dealt with by putting the bead on it and giving just a short burst.
I can't think of anything else so AgentE382 or E383 feel free to add to this.
Ok, hope THIS helps.

RE: America's Christian Army
Well, you did read the first post didn't you? That should explain everything. America's Army 3 is a first-person shooter game that is highly realistic in some respects to how the U.S. Army operates. Its a nice game, but you have to have a half decent computer to run it.
Re: America's Christian Army Clan Section
HOO-AH!!!! I scored expert on automatic rifle with 100% accuracy, 42/42 target hit.

RE: America's Chrstian Army Clan Section
Holy Cow! 100% accuracy?! Even I didn't make that kind of precision. Perhaps AR is perfect for you. When you complete the Softbag ammo training, you get more control in exchange for less ammo (Only 100 rounds as opposed to 200) and no tracers (Which I think no one really cares about ). So unless you really do hate it, I say you should be our Automatic Rifleman. Your choice, but I would go for it.
Re: America's Christian Army Clan Section
lol I really do hate it. Also, the M164A MSW (I think thats it) has an automatic setting.... anyway, the way I got that kid of accuracy is this:
Say the silhouettes are like this: 1st is (working downwards) yellow triangle, red circle, blue square. 2nd is: blue triangle, yellow circle, red square. First of all, whenever you have a choice AVOID triangles. They are mean and hard to hit, because the kick is to the upper right. Anyway, say for example the tower calls, "Red, Yellow". I aim at the lower left (opposite of the kick direction of the kick) corner of the 1st silhouette's red circle and squeeze the trigger 2x rapidfire bambam. Then move to the second (while regaining your breath) silhouette's yellow circle, aiming at the lower left corner of it. Again, bambam. You should hear "Target Hit" after each 2 shots. And you keep going like that and it all falls into place! Again, AVOID triangles. When they give a color, you can usually avoid triangles. Say the above case for silhouette lineup is true. If the tower calls "Yellow, Red" you might think, oh crud I have to shoot the yellow triangle. You don't! What you do is shoot at the 2nd silhouette's yellow circle, then the 1st silhouette's red circle. I attached a file showing why you don't want triangles. Hope that helps!

RE: America's Chrstian Army Clan Section
Hey, nice to see you got the Carbine AIT done. First try too! It took me quite awhile to get that. Btw, its the M4A1 MWS. More commonly known as the M4 Carbine. A nice thing about the Advanced Rifleman position is you can choose between the M16A4 or the M4A1 which is pretty nice because the M16 is better for longer ranges (On maps such as Bridge and Ranch) and the M4 is better for close in battles (On maps like Alley and some areas on Impact and Pipeline). However, like I said in the Positions Thread, we really need an Automatic Rifleman so I'm hoping we can get someone who is a hot hand with a M249SAW soon.
