But you refused to follow their orders because you found out they were the bad guys. You were punished for it. It was gruesome, but they used a poison that they never suspected would give you powers. You escaped. Now you are hunted! (Spies)

Bio: Born into a military family, Tomat grew up at whatever army base his father was stationed at. During his childhood, Tomat found he had a steady aim coupled with a steady hand and soon became skilled in shooting and knife throwing. Tomat soon surpassed the soldiers at the base in skill and earned their respect. When Tomat turned 18, he joined the army and became a commando sniper. Tomat rose quickly in the ranks and was noticed by the CIA and FBI. Both agencies contacted Tomat and he decided to go with the FBI as a field specialist. Now, he is tasked with catching spies. A job Tomat finds rather fun. Using his powerful .50cal M95 Barret Sniper Rifle, he can kill at over a mile. At closer ranges, Tomat takes down his enemies with a powerful .500 Action Express IMI Desert Eagle Pistol. If that doesn't work, or if Tomat needs to kill rather quietly, he can use his diamond-edged throwing knives or his implanted high-power laser emitters in his eyes. Using implants given to him for use in the field, Tomat can see X-Ray, Infra Red, and UV images allowing him to see in even the worst weather conditions. He is a deadly opponent. Watch out spies, Tomat Fontar is out to get you.
Looks: An impressive 6' 4", all muscle. Brown eyes, with military style brown hair.

So I'll start.

Soliss staggers out of the base, he looks around. He smiles, he was free! He goes over to a tree and falls to the ground... unconscious . A Government Agent is called to capture him. He comes out of the base another way.

(P.S. SniperInYourMidst the Government Agents are the bad guys.)

I forgot to mention that the code name of Tomat Fontar is SniperInYourMidst.

The alarm sounded, "A prisoner has escaped! A prisoner has escaped!" The officer in charge turned to Tomat and said "Sgt. Fontar! Go get him. We think he's outside the west side of the prison." "Yes, sir!" Tomat rushes out, not bothering to grab his sniper rifle. Carefully walking round the perimeter of the base, he suddenly sees his target! Instinctively, Tomat raises his Desert Eagle, but finds his escaped prisoner unconscious. "Bwhahahaha!! It's over for you Soliss!" he said, recognizing the fallen spy. Tomat rushed over to Soliss to make sure he really is unconscious and then reported to his superiors. "SniperInYourMidst to Control, do you read?" A reply came back almost instantaneously, "We copy SniperInYourMidst, what's up?" "I have the prisoner, it's Soliss. He got out again! Don't you guys ever watch him?! This is the fifth time he has escaped! Why have a mind to-" Suddenly Tomat's voice cuts off. "SniperInYourMidst... SniperInYourMidst, do you copy?" No response. "Hawker 4, move out to assist SniperInYourMidst, we have lost contact with him." A gruff voice came back over the comm, "Roger Control, Hawker 4 moving out."

As Tomat was standing over him Soliss suddenly gets his danger sense and wakes up, He sees him, kicks him in the face, ties him up , leaves him there unconscious, and starts staggering away. "Hawker 4" comes and sees this. he takes aim and fires leaving Soliss on the ground bleeding from a new wound. "Hawker 4" then unties Tomat.

Then Soliss starts moving as fast as he can out of there because he knew he couldn't survive a squad of Gov. agents

Tomat wakes up to find himself in the base hospital. "Wha-? What happened?" he murmured. Hawker 4, who was standing next to him, replied "You let a rookie pound you in the face." "Oh, that explains the jackhammer in my head." Tomat tried to sit up, but a wave of dizziness hit him and he fell back into his bed. "You stay down for a while, you'll soon be back in action." Hawker 4 said as he started to walk away. "By the way, I almost got Soliss for you." he called over his shoulder. Meanwhile, in the nearby forest, Soliss was worn out. Having run for two miles on a wounded right leg and a broken rib from Hawker 4's shot, he knew he couldn't go any farther. He sat and rested by a huge pine tree and planned his next move.

Soliss sat there for about ten min. before he realized something was wrong. He whipped his head around trying to find the source of the danger sense tingle. then he used his Telekinesis power: Mind scan, to pinpoint the location and he realized he was siting two feet from a secret meeting.
"We can't go on like this." Man 1 said,
"We have to. if we don't the world will fall to the Government." said Man 2,
"wait I hear something"
"What?"
"rustling sound like some one is here"
"What!?!?" *two shots ring out* Ugggggggggg Man 2 starts running Solis knows he has to help. he takes the Desert Eagle, sees a man, fires, and the man falls out of the tree. Man 2 looks at Solis afraid Solis weakly says "Hi" then the bullets take their full toll and he falls unconscious.

Time passes. After some time unconscious, Soliss wakes to find himself in a dimly lit room. He tried to rise, but weakness overcame him and he flopped back into the bed. Then the man Soliss recognizes as Man 2 walks in and noticing Soliss awake walks over to talk to him. "Greetings stranger, I am Jon. I want to thank you for removing the ambush for us. Welcome to the Resistance!"

Meanwhile, Tomat Fontar is getting the worst reprimand Capt. Connet had ever given. "The spy took your Desert Eagle!?!?!?! You fool, do you know what he could do with that!? All I can say is, you had better hope you don't need it anytime soon. IMI does not sell Desert Eagles cheap you know." "Yes sir." Tomat replied, subdued. He now had a burning resentment against Soliss and vowed to get the spy in his M95's sights... for the last time. But Connet wasn't finished. "The other thing is this: we planted a sniper in the forest and he's not reporting. I need you to go find him. But this time, don't get ambushed. How soon until you can go?" Tomat calculated in his head, then said "I can leave in four hours." "Very well, see to it we don't have to send someone after you!" With that, Capt. Connet turned on his heel and marched out.

Bio: My name is Hayawatomik Kayamatoya. I am trained in the arts of Kung Fu, and exceed at this. I lost everything to the Government Agents who swept down on the peaceful village of Swykata. Now I fight with every fiber of my being to depose these heartless Brutes. On my journeys, I taught myself to speak Cat, Bird, and Reptile.

A slow smile creeps across his face. The resistance, He had always wanted to be part of it. Man 1 walks in, on a crutch and with a cast on his left arm. He talks to Jon *whisperwhisperwhisperwhisperwhisper* then Jon stiffens and says to Soliss "Can you get up?" He tries and a searing pain stabs his chest and he falls back in bed. Jon smiles and says "don't worry we can handle it." and Soliss falls to sleep, A nice real sleep one he hadn't had in a long while.

It was night now, and Tomat loved the night. Moving as silent as a cat, he moved from tree to tree, throwing knife in hand. "Hmmm, he mused to himself, the coordinates say the sniper's tree stand should be right-" Tomat stops suddenly. There, right in front of him, was the sniper. What was left of him anyway. "Control, this is SniperInYourMidst. Do you copy?" The reply took a bit to return. "We read you SniperInYourMidst, have you found Pvt. Greg yet?" Tomat shuddered. "Yes, dead as a doornail." "I see. Return to base with the body. Well done." Tomat had lifted Pvt. Greg up and was about to leave when he heard it. *crack* Quick as lightning, Tomat dropped Pvt. Greg and darted to a nearby tree. Cautiously, be poked his head out from behind the tree and saw the small figure of a man crouched not 15 feet from Tomat's position. Tomat drew a throwing knife and launched it all in one second. It missed by millimeters and the man ran off. His heart beating rapidly from the excitement, Tomat tried to calm down, then he picked up Pvt. Greg and proceeded nervously back to base.

Hayawatomik Kayamatoya Trudged across the dry, broken plain. Flat land with dust devil dancing across it was all he could see. Then he heard a whispering from near his feet. A small lizard was talking to him. "What is it, little brother?" he murmured. the lizard answered in a small squeaky voice, "Government agents, coming fast." And the newt was gone. Dropping into a low crouch and drawing his twin blades in one fluid movement, he made use of any cover he could find. The government agents, to their credit, heard him coming .5 seconds before he hit them like one of the many dust devils scudding across the landscape. He struck each blow with practiced precision, and in 30 seconds, the hit team was reduced to nothing. His chest heaving, Hayawatomik growled, "For my family." and was off at a mile-eating lope.

Tomat sensed that the tide was turning and he didn't like it. He made his way back to base angrily,nervously, and cautiously.

Meanwhile Solis was recovering fast for a week, but he saw less and less people in the H.Q. He didn't see Jon anymore He knew that they were being imprisoned or killed. Tomat rose in rank from the raids he made but couldn't find Soliss which angered him further. He Hated Soliss then one day on a mission He met Soliss.
"Soliss" He growled Soliss looked at him and drew his dual blasters, He knew Tomat shut his ears to words. Tomat fired first. *bang* Soliss dodged and fired *pssssssss* Tomat dodged just barley Soliss drew his twin sabers and attacked Tomat fired and hit Soliss' shoulder he screamed! and sliced across Tomat's chest, he seemed not to be affected by it. The battle wore on and Tomat seemed to exhaust his rage and the loss of blood made him week he stumbled and fell Soliss saw his chance he took out his daggers and lifted Tomat's head against one of them. and Tomat looked at him then fell unconscious Soliss held him up so he didn't die. he couldn't kill his opponent when he was unconscious. He took him to H.Q.

Hayawatomik Kayamatoya was in a tree when he saw Soliss and Tomat dueling. He slid silently along in the treetops, following Soliss back to RHQ. He dropped down and landed on his feet, crouching low like a cat. Suddenly he felt a cold gun barrel press into the back of his neck. He whirled, letting one of his legs to swing loose and cut the feet out from under his opponent. It was Soliss.

Tomat woke up the next day inside a unfamiliar room. The next instant, he remembered just how bad he was hurt. That's a familiar feeling. he thought as pain racked him. Then he recalled what had happened. He was a Lieutenant now. He had completed many missions and impressed his superiors, all while hunting for Soliss. Then one day he had found him. It was night, and he had been out on a patrol alone. Having secured another IMI Desert Eagle with money from his increased pay, Tomat had felt ready for anything. Not anymore. That duel taught Tomat that Soliss was no ordinary spy, and he wondered why he wasn't dead. Still not able to move, Tomat wondered what he should do. For one thing, he had no clue where he was, and there was no one to tell him. Tomat had no time to think, as tiredness overtook him and Tomat collapsed into a very deep sleep.

Soliss roles back like a cat himself and pulls his saber out. The battle wears on. Soliss finally convinces HawkBlade that they are on the same side and they both go in H.Q.

Tomat wakes up and hears 3 men arguing one says,
"We can't let him live. He could have a tracker on him!" Then another who he recognizes as Soliss says,
"We have to take that chance."
"No I won't allow it."
"Look I want to kill him as much as you do but my conscience keeps me from it." Then HawkBlade speaks up,
"Soliss is right we can't now we must take the consequences as they come."
"Well..."
The world shifts and Tomat falls unconscious again

Back at the Government HQ, Capt. Connet is worried. A emotion he rarely felt. "Tomat is our best man, after Hawker 4 of course, but we need him back. Ever since he went missing, the resistance has grown stronger. Oh, what to do?" His answer was not long in coming, for just then a technician turned from his terminal and said "Capt. Connet, we have an incoming signal. It's weak, but it may be something." "What kind of signal?" "The SigTrak says it's a tracking signal using the same radio frequency as our tracking devices. The signal appears to be coming from the nearby forest. About..., he turned to his screen for a second then continued, ...three miles north." Connet was astounded, "That's Lt. Fontar! Send in a squad to search the area. I want Tomat and any others with him brought here immediately!" "Right away, sir!"

Tomat woke up to see Soliss staring at a computer screen. Soliss saw he was awake and smiled. Tomat thinks The fool. He doesn't know what I did. Soliss walked over to Tomat...

...and said "Good morning Lieutenant Fontar, I have been waiting for you to wake up again. You probably noticed you can't move. That is not our doing, you have a pair of broken legs. Apparently the fight was more vicious than I thought. You'll heal up soon though." Tomat was stunned, in a raspy voice he asked, "Why am I not dead? I thought I was a goner." "Ah, that is what I wanted to talk to you about." Soliss responded.
