Hmmmmm, I think StarWars is a good series, except for Episode III. I didn't get to watch it and from what I heard, I don't plan to.

Archives of Anthropos is a good book series too. It is kinda like The Chronicles of Narnia (also a good books series ) in where it has events and people that are based on Christian things. So like Jesus is "Gaul" and Heaven is "Bayith of Yayin" (I think that is how you spell it).
Re: Books/movie thread!
Redwall series is awesome! It gets kinda boring tho after you've read the books about a zillion times each

Lord of the Rings = awesomeness. Oh and Artemis Fowl = THE BEST SERIES EVER. If you read nothing else, read that. Peter and the Starcatchers is pretty awesome too.

RE: Books/Movies Thread
Onwards to Redwall!! I've only read one of the books and heard another on audio and they were cool! National Treasure and the sequel National Treasure: Book of Secrets are both awesome movies. They are currently working on National Treasure 3 and is supposed to come out in 2011.
Re: Books/movie thread!
national treasure 2 is just about the same as #1 lol

RE: Books/Movies Thread
Hmmmmm, some things might seem the same, but I don't think that they would make a movie that acted just like the last one.
Re: Books/movie thread!

Toy Story 3!!! Might be a little young for us but my family still wants to see it. It being the third incarnation of the first Computer Generated movie, we like to see how the graphics improve. Btw, has anyone seen Up?
Re: Books/movie thread!

RE: Books/Movies Thread
Yes! I loved Kung Fu Panda! That was an awesome movie. Although, I think the absolute best part of that movie was the song "Everybody is Kung Fu Fighting" which is actually a remake of a 1970's song of the same title.
Re: Books/movie thread!
Ya I loved that part too!

RE: Books/Movies Thread
I would be suggesting some of the StarWars novels, but I have found that they usually have a touch too much romance. The battle scenes (Especially in the Rouge Squadron series) are fantastic, but not the greatest books as a whole.
Re: Books/movie thread!
you know like the best series of books ever??? Ranger's Apprentice. Those books are AMAZING!
